Our mind is the most powerful tool of our body that shapes our character, attitude and existence in this material world. Therefore it is important that we are aware of our mind through the thoughts it generates and be able to control our mind through systematic practice. In our traditional educational system this practice is known as Yoga, which is actually the unification of the individual with the universe. It is the super consciousness that an individual attains through repeated practices and that helps an individual to free the mind form the body. Clinical research indicates positive impact of Yogic practices on both our long term physical and mental health. Our programs are integrated with traditional Indian philosophy and Yogic teaching and training through highly experienced and trained individuals and experts. Our goal has been to educate and aware the public about the benefits of Yoga on our metal and physical health, self-awareness; and tainting them to successfully manage their day to day anxiety, stress, depression and related physico-emotional challenges.
