Our mind and meditation program involves the understanding of the basic aspects of ‘meditation’ which is self-motivation, self-realization and self- reflection of our thoughts and actions in a controlled environment with an open, unbiased and independent mind. Our training on the traditional Non-Formal Education platform helps our participants in achieving the goal of learning to free their mind from their body and to self-introspect for better self-understanding and self-realization. We follow a stepwise progressive approach in understanding the connection of body with mind and in realizing that we could control our actions and emotions through various stages and steps of meditation.
