Library is essential for the emancipation from the darkness of illiteracy, spread of mass education, the development of adult education and extra institutionalized education. Book and to the large extent library is necessary for the cause of the development of the awareness domain of the people for fighting against ill culture, little learning, fanaticism, racial apartheid, separatism and social degradation. Libraries from the dawn of human socio-cultural evolution have been quenching the thirst of both academic and non-academic readers. They have kept our intellectual legacy alive till date. We sincerely believe that it is the collective responsibility of our modern human society to save and support the library movement. Our aim is to make people aware about the importance of books and libraries in our formal and non-formal education system, in persuading our socio-cultural enrichment, in continuing adult education, and in spreading awareness about literacy programs and mass education.
