Guidelines for Abstract Submission:
- Abstracts are invited in not more than 250 words on the above sub-themes from academicians, educationists, teachers, scholars, librarians, policy makers, research scholars and students.
- All abstracts will be peer reviewed and evaluated before final acceptance. Bengali and English both languages will be accepted.
- Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit and present their seminal work at the Seminar. The authors of accepted abstracts authors will be informed in due time over email.
- After the Seminar, only selected Papers will be published in an Edited Volume based on the recommendations of the Expert Committee. Post seminar we will inform the selected authors to submit their full length papers will be intimated over email.
- The abstract and the final submission must be typed in Times New Roman, with font size 12 and 1.5 line spacing.

The abstract and the selected paper should be submitted as an attachment to the email ID

Intimation on Selection of the Abstract: 3rd February, 2023
Date of Seminar: 10–11th February, 2023 Time: 10.30 am – 5:30pm
Registration Fees:
Rs. 1000/- only For Academicians, Educationists, Policy Makers, University/College/School Faculty Members, Librarians, Research Scholars and Post Doctoral Fellows; and Rs. 500/- only for UG/PG Students. Registration will be done on the spot during the Seminar.
How to reach:
From Airport: Take taxi from Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata to reach the seminar venue, which may take 20-25 minutes.
From Howrah or Sealdah Station: Take bus or taxi towards City Centre-I, which may take 1 hour to reach the seminar venue.
From Bidhannagar Road Station (Ultadanga): Take auto towards Bidhannagar Sub-Divisional Hospital or or City Centre-I which will take 10 minutes to reach the seminar venue.
