The oldest and permanent inhabited place of  the human civilization is a village. The rural social system of India has its own features which have remained intact in spite of long lasting foreign attacks, influences and infiltrations. About 70% of the people of the country live in villages and are dependent chiefly on agriculture for their subsistence. We aim at generating education and awareness about poverty, establishing agro-industries, generating rural employment, health care, disseminating non-formal traditional education, promoting social forestry and afforestation, ecosystem conservation, formation of self help groups through our collective experiences and efforts.
